At Pet Boom, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging, where applicable.

• You must provide your order number and a description of the reason for the return.

Some products may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. If this applies to your product, it will be stated on the product page.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the problem. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request has been approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
